Ingredients for making sausage stuffed with vinaigrette:

 5 Tuscan sausages (with ham)

 1 tomato

 ½ small onion

 ½ small yellow or red pepper

 Salt and black pepper to taste)

 green smell (to taste)

 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or cream cheese

 2 tablespoons of olive oil

 1 tablespoon of vinegar

 grated parmesan cheese (to taste)

How to make sausage stuffed with vinaigrette:

Separate all the ingredients to facilitate the process of the stuffed sausage recipe in the oven.

After washing the sausages, place them in a baking dish greased with olive oil. Using a sharpened knife, make a cut lengthwise in the center of the sausage.
